What others think (by Neale Donald Walsch)
Your Body (Twelve Insight Journal, January 23, 2011)
Your total vibration is a visceral, whole-body experience. Your mind — what you call your mind — is only a small part of what you are. You could say your body is a part of, or an extension of, your mind, but it is more than that. It is a collective of cooperative components, beings that you have to wake up to your new and improved vision. And it is easy to get your body on the same page once you know that it must be included in your vision. For your visioning to be effective you have to go to your vision with your whole body. This raises the power of your vibrational calling a million-fold or more.
Your body is a receiver of thought also, and it receives its thought most often from your sensory inputs. And so your body is this giant signal box that is sending out a signal that looks an awful lot like your day to day existence. Your hand touches the old car you drive and feels the cracked windscreen and the place where the baby spilled the chocolate milk, and responds to that. But you have this other source of input you see, and that is your imagination and your power of visioning.
So in this next exercise we want you to go to that place where you envision the life you want to have, and spend a little time there — with your whole body present — maybe fifteen minutes or so. Use all your senses. Feel your new creation with your touch, smell the smells of it, hear the sounds that are present. Embrace your vision. And be persistent about this. The tendency of your body at first will be to return you back to your presently manifested state of being.
Next, gently return to your normal world, and do a couple of simple, easy things, things that you would still be doing while you are in your envisioned new world too. Going to the bathroom maybe, listening to a little music that pleases you perhaps, washing the dishes, if you really enjoy washing the dishes. Do something that you enjoy that still allows you to keep your whole body in your vortex of creation while you are doing it.
That's the feeling you want to carry with you throughout your whole day.
So now return back once more to your new created vision/reality, and re-energize your body with it: You are realigning your body with your vision you see.
Now, as you go off through your day, take a lot of breaks, as often as you can, to re-enter your creation, and feel your way back to this vibration of already having, already living, everything that you want.
Your body must respond to one input or the other as you go through your day, and so it might as well be the input from your own chosen mental imagery and creation space as from the older, solidified vibration of what has already manifested.
Being free (by Willy Wonka)
Make a wish
Count to three
Come with me
And you'll be
In a world of
Pure imagination
Take a look
And you'll see
Into your imagination
We'll begin
With a spin
Traveling in
The world of my creation
What we'll see
Will defy
Explanation
If you want to view paradise
Simply look around and view it
Anything you want to, do it
Wanna change the world?
There's nothing
To it
There is no
Life I know
To compare with
Pure imagination
Living there
You'll be free
If you truly wish to be
If you want to view paradise
Simply look around and view it
Anything you want to, do it
Wanna change the world?
There's nothing
To it
There is no
Life I know
To compare with
Pure imagination
Living there
You'll be free
If you truly
Wish to be
What you put out is what you get back (by Bashar)
Moving on (by Rumi, Fountain of Fire)
but you've chained me down
stolen away my heart
leaving yourself behind
now i've lost my way
my soul restless and head twisted
all because of those secrets
you once whispered
i only must keep
fasting my heart
to set me free
from sleepless nights
since your only advice
when you saw me in flame
was to keep burning
with you or with your thoughts
words of wisdom
came to me at last
"the beloved you've lost
the one you've been seeking outside
can only be found inside"

Love yourself (by Lucille Ball)
You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.
