Your emotions and your imagination both follow your belief (forwarded by margretdzn@aol.com)

>>>Bill: Not sure where I read it, or watched it Jen, but I think Abraham promotes focusing on changing the thought, as opposed to the belief as a less arduous undertaking. What do you think?<<<

I agree with Abraham that a belief is just a thought you keep thinking and thinking and thinking..... So this is what I am thinking about when I read Seth.

In Abe's most recent seminars, they've been saying that the ONLY time you should think about your desires, is when you are in the Vortex (state of well-being). In other words, it is futile to try and change the negative thought you've been thinking about a particular subject to a more positive one when you are out of the Vortex. In fact, if you try *thinking positive* while still FEELING crappy, you are just emphasizing the fact that you DON'T HAVE what you want and the LOA brings you more of what you don't want!

For instance, is you are poor, don't try thinking thoughts about having money or being abundant. Instead, think about ANY positive thought that makes you feel good and puts you into the Vortex. Think about your pet, your favorite person, your favorite activity, appreciate the sunny day, the good meal etc etc.... Be real GENERAL in your positive thinking. Then, after you become an *expert* at getting into and staying in the Vortex you can bring that thought about *more money* into the Vortex with you. At first the Vortex will spit you out. And when it does that, think more general thoughts of appreciation until you get back in again. Then try your thought about money. After awhile, you will feel so comfortable in this Vortex of Well-Being, that you will be able to bring all of your *don't wants* or contrast into the Vortex and think about them from the POV of Source or well being.

Actually, once you start spending more and more time in the Vortex feeling good, the *negatives* in your life will AUTOMATICALLY transform themselves into positives.

Change who you are Being and you will change the world.....

Jen
